1. Delivery Method All coaching programs and workout plans are delivered through the ABC Trainerize app directly to the customer's account.

2. Delivery Time We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible, usually within one day of purchase.

3. Delivery Restrictions We do not deliver to customers in Russia.
