About Coach Jani Laine
I'm Jani Laine, the coach behind JRJ Fit. I've dedicated my adult life to fitness, and when I discovered calisthenics it changed everything — how I train, how I look, and what I believe is possible with nothing but your own bodyweight.
In just a few years I went from beginner to mastering the front lever, one-arm handstand, muscle-up, human flag and straddle planche — plus freestyle moves like the swing 360, muscle-up 360, shrimp flip and flyaway backflip. My progress is the proof behind everything I teach: with the right approach and a real plan, big results come faster than you think.
