These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and purchases from the JRJ Fit online store at jrjfit.com (the "Store"), operated by JRJ Fit ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
Our products
We sell digital fitness products, including downloadable training programs, guides and related materials (the "Products"). Products are delivered electronically as instant downloads and/or digital access. No physical goods are shipped.
Licence and acceptable use
When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own personal training. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any Product or its contents without our written permission.
Health and fitness disclaimer
Our Products are for general information and education only and are not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition, or are pregnant. You perform all exercises at your own risk. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from your use of the Products.
Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
Delivery and refunds
Products are delivered digitally immediately after purchase. Because they are instant digital downloads, all sales are final as set out in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content in the Store and the Products, including text, programs, images, videos, logos and branding, is owned by JRJ Fit and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRJ Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or the Products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Finland, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
