Do I need a gym or equipment for calisthenics?

No. Calisthenics uses your own bodyweight, so you can train at home, in a park, or while travelling. A pull-up bar and resistance bands help for some moves, but you can start with nothing at all.

I'm a complete beginner — where should I start?

Start with A Guide to Calisthenics, then the Intro to Calisthenics program: a simple 4-week plan with one full-body workout done three times a week. From there you progress to Next Step and Level Up.

How long does it take to get a muscle-up?

Most people get their first muscle-up in about 8 weeks with the Unlock the Muscle Up program, which builds the strength and technique step by step and finishes with attempt day.

How long does it take to learn a handstand?

The Master the Handstand program takes you from never being upside down to a freestanding hold in 6 weeks, training three short sessions a week.

Can I do the programs at home?

Yes. Every JRJ Fit program is bodyweight-based and designed for home or outdoor training with minimal equipment.

What's the difference between a program and a technique guide?

A program is your week-by-week plan — exactly what to do each session. A technique guide teaches the how: the cues, the false grip, the common mistakes for a specific skill. Bundles include both.

What is the app extension?
